Calendula, which is commonly grown in flower gardens, helps to stimulate wound healing. When made into an ointment for use on open wounds, calendula is my favorite wound healer. I have used calendula ointment on my dog Wiley, and it works!!! Great for hotspots!! Seaweed Pete.
